took a phone in for cracked screen! 160.00 phone repair only to walk away with broken microphone. help me understand how you pay a diagnosis fee to walk away with a new screen but can't talk. went back to see if the problem can be fix! yes I'll take 20 off a phone purchase from me. now why would i buy a phone from the place that just screwed me over. i will be reporting you to the better business bureau! don't do business with Fresh Tech...scam...scam...scam
I sent in a desktop computer to get fixed and trevor got it fixed for me at a good price so I highly recommend freshtech

We have been long time customers with them the staff was friendly and attentive I wouldn’t hesitate to tell my friends and family to go there, I will always use them to get my electronics repaired I’m very pleased and couldn’t be happier they did a great job! Mr Jeff and his staff are awesome!

They repaired two iPhones for me and did a great and reliable job. They also got them both finished fairly fast and price was affordable... I'm a returning customer.
