I sent “Zhihang Liu“ (aka Jackson) the owner of the fresh start cleaning the photos and house layout for him to make the estimate. We agreed for a rate for the bond cleaning. He asked for advance payment and I even made the payment before he did his work. But the work he did is not up to the mark and my rental agent has asked him to come and clean it again. He is yet to do that and I will update here if he does that. Any one using him please be careful to make the payment upfront before he completes the work properly.
They did a very good job of cleaning, the agency was satisfied and I got my bond back
I had very bad experience. When I booked I asked for 100$ deposit I m understand no worries I payed then when the come for my place asking full amount before starting work I payed and they leftover behind the job when I call no response then cleaned my self
