I’ve usually had good experiences here, but today the girl who works there had a different kind of attitude toward me than others . And honestly, the pizza didn’t taste good at all. I left disappointed

I had a craving for pizza while we were at circle park mall, I ordered the meat one, price OK, pizza sucks the kahoona, the meat was what I describe as meat dust, floor scrapings, it’s cheap and that’s exactly it. Where does one get this meat dust that they sprinkle on,? If your serving food make it good food. I saw it being prepared and it looked like they were counting the meat specks that they put on , anyway didn’t need an apparatus to count . Really u can do better.

I recently bought a box of pizza, and unfortunately, I was disappointed with the customer service. The staff member taking my order was talking to someone on the phone through her earpiece at the same time, which made me feel that she was not fully focused on assisting me. I highly recommend providing proper customer service training to your staff. Customers deserve to feel acknowledged and attended to when placing an order. want to give a shout out to Freshslice on Primrose Drive here in Saskatoon. ordered two pizzas friday night through Uber Eats and one of the boxes turned up with the safety seal not stuck down, so i didn’t eat that one. i went to Uber about it three times and they refused to do anything each time. that was the disappointing part, honestly. so i filled out the Freshslice contact form instead, not really expecting much on a sunday. the owner, Praveen, called me personally the next morning. apologised, said he’d go back over it... read more
