My recent experince has been that Freddy has no integrity. He will do poor work, take your payment and run. He cut corners when cleaning our windows and unfortunatly I wasn't home to review them. He was paid and then notified about things he missed. Instead of offering to stop back to take care of the issue or offer a small discount on future work, he simply replied with an email, "thanks for the feedback". Today he sent an email asking for more work and when I responded recalling the previous problem, his response was, "I f... read more
