We got 2 bowls and took them home only to discover the noodles weren't cooked. Can't really eat your bowl with rice noodles that are hard..
This was my first time at this location. The food had a tiny portion of chicken for $17. The customer service was appalling. I greeted myself when I walked in even though the two employees saw me. It was not busy. The woman who took my order didn’t reply when I said hi the second time at the register, so I began my order. She looked at me with a stank face up and down, then just told me my total. She did not provide my SALAD with a fork or napkins which I had to ask the other worker for. Ordered through Uber eats and they forgot to send me the drink I ordered. They also didn’t send me any of the protein from any of the 3 bowls I ordered. I paid extra for that. I’m disappointed cause I was looking forward to the chicken and steak I ordered.
$17 chipotle bowl with crunchy hard rice. If I keep eating this, I’m going to break a tooth.
