I would rate negative stars but that isn’t an option. The manager has terrible customer service and charged me for food that i didn’t receive, after voicing my complaint instead of accommodating she spent 10 minutes printing receipts From a separate order. -10 stars don’t waste your time.
We had a problem with the menu and service staff at this location. I ordered the chicken tikka bowl off the menu and the staff did not inform me that the sauce is spicy and the menu does not state this as well. The staff was friendly but inexperienced as she knew I was ordering to share with my young kid yet failed to inform me how spicy the sauce is. Big fan of freshi but a friend and I showed up at this location at 2pm on a Saturday and it was closed with no indication why ? Not pleased
