Worker had AirPods in when taking my order. I got a smoothie bowl, which turned out to be more like a flavored water bowl. Completely inedible. I threw it away and got a sandwich from a place next door. PLEASE go somewhere else
Ignoring the unlawful 3% fee added at the point of sale (Pricing Transparency Law (NYS GBS 518), the staff is beyond slow.
Hideous staff, they couldn’t move slower if they tried - you need a new team.
They figure you’re going to eat it on the plane and not ever come back to complain. Make sure you check your meal before you leave. Asked for a Oaxaca with steak burrito bowl and it came with no steak… a rip off.
I got the Oaxaca with steak and it was phenomenal! So healthy and reasonably priced. This place is the best deal in the airport!
