I don't know what has happened to Freshii, but my god have they gotten HORRIBLE. I will never buy from them again. I used to always get the bowls when Freshii first became popular. I ordered the Teriyaki twist and it was so different from how it used to be. First of all the sauce just tasted like soy sauce and there was hardly any, the rice was hard and cold, the broccoli was clearly frozen and had a funny smell, the edamame was dry, the chicken tasted funny and was white with no seasoning. Ordered a Salmon bowl and was good! Their portions are consistent and the bowl is filling. They got the chips wrong on delivery but not holding it against them
