Please get attention this is 3rd time same thing happen the food is wrost it seems like nothing fresh 👎 poor staff always having same issue close your shop because you can’t run this store really bad experience everytime I don’t come now to this location never ever in my life i promise.😭
Normally I love Freshii. I eat it at least once a week. This was the first time I ordered from this location and after 3 bites we sent both Oaxaca bowls with chicken back and got a full refund. They were both awful. I strongly recommend going elsewhere if you are craving Freshii. 1. One of the ingredients was off/spoiled, I couldn’t pinpoint which one but I believe it may have been the beans, 2. They used a heavy lemon juice mix to keep the avocados from turning brown. Went for a quick lunch with a friend - close to my work & was surprisingly yummy.😋
This location deserves no rating at all. I went in today Sept 11 around 12pm for lunch takeaway. Bought Mezze Delight, the portion of the item was so inappropriate compared to other Freshii locations I have been going to. They seem to just cut down on actual portion of item, hence impacting taste of the food. Plus, customer service was pathetic as well. Never going back and will not recommend.
