So disappointed with this establishment today. Bathroom and restaurant was so dirty. Tables were covered with crumbs. Floors were dirty. Ordered a soup did not look like picture posted. Tasted like canned condensed soup with oil. My burrito was soggy. Employee was on phone when she could have use the free time to clean restaurant. We unfortunately will not be returning. Oshawa location is definitely better. I’m really concerned about the freshness of ingredients.
$20/bowl and they fill 2/3. Both my friend and I each ordered a bowl; same situation with her order. No, thanks! Not returning.
I ordered a Berry Crunchy salad with chicken to go. At this establishment, they request payment AND tip before you receive your service or product. As I believe in tipping, I always offer a generous tip. On this occasion, I was taking my salad to work to eat later in the evening. I opened my salad to see there was no chicken despite having paid (and tipped) for it. I called and left a message explaining what happened and requested a follow-up. It’s been 3 days now and I’ve not received a callback.
Ordered the Thai Sesame salad and leaving this review here in hopes that Freshii will continue to introduce new flavors and hearty bowl options. The staff was courteous, and the store was very clean.
Hi this is the same person who had their food shoved at them. I just wanted to now leave my food observation. If you’ve never eaten at freshii before what you should know is that the quality of the food is in the name. However not at this location. My rice tasted 3 days old. I could smell the smell of the fridge on the rice. The chicken was dry…. I picked out the green onion to look at it good. It was old green onion.
