Placed an order online for pick up at this location. When I arrived to pick up my food the store was locked and inside looked like a mess. Had to go to Woodbine freshii to re order my food. Now I have to figure out how to get my money back.
Were closed during open hours and had a sign that they couldn't accept anything but cash
I placed an order to pick up from website on Saturday, June 8th around 7:00PM and it showed me that it will be ready by 7:19 PM. The store was closing at 7:30 PM (as per their business hours for 16 Main Street Markham N, Markham, ON L3P 1X2 location). The order went through, I was charged and I received a receipt. When I went to pick up the order, the store was closed! I had to re-order the food from Freshii Stouffville location and go there to pick up as I was starving!!!! Ordered a mixed berri smoothie. This is what I got (see picture attached). On top of that I asked for a straw as it's a smoothie and was told 'we don't have any. Good job freshii
