1st time trying and will never go back. I placed an online ordered for p/u for 2 Cobb salads one with steak. Drove halfway across the city to pick up. Got home with my order and got 2 mystery wraps instead of salads. Had to go all the way back and didn't get even a fake apology or anyone who could speak English clearly. No wonder the order was so wrong. I just got my money back. I'm not going to risk ordering it again.
We had a great experience with Leo at the Sudbury Freshii location. We were with a sports team visiting from out of town and we preordered a large order. Leo was great with communication, very helpful and patient, obviously concerned with providing us with a high level of customer service. Our food was ready on time, every order was exactly correct, and Leo and the other staff member were very friendly. Highly recommend!
