I had a great experience at Freshii on Winston Park Drive thanks to Andrew. He provided outstanding customer service from the moment I walked in. They failed to put the chicken in my Harmony bowl! I will not be returning to this location.
The app allowed me to place an order and pay, but the store was closed when my wife went to pickup?!? Update: Freshii support and the franchisee have reached out to make this right
This is my first, and likely last experience with this location. I visited this Freshii (April 18, 2026) expecting to order the daily deal, as it was Oaxaca bowl day. However, I was told the promotion was no longer running and that the menu had changed, which was frustrating since the daily deal poster was still posted on the front door.
