While working in New York City for fashion designer Oscar de la Renta, Matthew Corrin was inspired by “mom-and-pop” delis with fresh food but lackluster branding & service. Place was clean and quiet. Service was good. Food was absolutely horrible! I got a bowl, it was like an artificial chicken patty (the ones they use at subway) and the dressing was not good either. For $18 I would never return to this place again. It was not worth it in my opinion, I forced myself to eat it because I had spent money on it. I’ve heard the smoothies are good but I haven’t tried them.
I have a severe dairy allergy and repeated my request for no dairy three times. My order was delayed, and when I finally got it, it was mostly cheese with barely any rice. I had to scrape the cheese off and was left with hardly any food. I didn’t have time to ask for a fix because I was on a short break. Allergy requests need to be taken seriously.
I just wanted to commend the 2 staff that were working at lunch today. Between all of the ordered placed online and in the restaurant- they crushed it !
Food at this location tastes better than other locations. They cook ingredients in a new oven that isn't at other locations. Tastes way way better! Love this Freshii location!!
I placed 2 bowls ordered. First bowls was same whatever I wanted but in the second bowl some stuff was missing. One sauce was not added. I know it was too late by the closing time but need to give more attention.
