On Monday, February 23 at 6:00 pm, the staff member on shift was extremely unprofessional. We waited nearly 10 minutes before she came out from the back to acknowledge us. As first time customers, we had a few simple questions, and her responses were unnecessarily rude and dismissive. The store itself was noticeably unclean, which only added to the poor experience. Thank you for Helping me with my dish as it is my first time here today, the teriyaki bowl was so gooooood I appreciate it , this bowl saved me from Macdonalds
Posting this at 19:45 from outside this store where we drove all the way to take out and, we are told that they are closed. Why advertise you are open till 8 when you close 20-30 minutes early? Such a waste of time for customers.
