Giving it 1 start as I couldn’t go lower. It’s just a ripoff and waste of money. It’s horrible and extremely overpriced. Ordered a smoothii bowl and it’s worse than a juice bottle
I waited over 40 mts for a single bowl. Not the single employees fault as it she was the only one during a lunch rush. I was late to work as I didn’t have any choice but to wait. This has to be unacceptable.
It’s a complete rip off for your money. The bowls are filled with 80% of the brown rice and less of the other ingredients/veggies which they show in their pictures. All you are eating is rice at the price. It’s like being provided chicken with no meat on the bones. The taste was good but it could not do justice to the overall dish.
Food was good and fresh. But only 1 person working so they are understaffed. Order took much longer than expected. Which is on the franchise owner and not the staff.
Carrots were definitely old and tasted rotten.
