The Freshii food is standardly healthy. In the best interest of your business...hire more staff especially at peak times. Right now, there is one person taking orders and making them. There has been 3 lost sales since I've been standing here in the last 10 minutes and my order hasn't been started yet. A woman waiting for pick up order has been here longer than me. Not complaining about the staff, but the management is awful. Only one person on staff during peak hours handling walk ins and uber eats orders. Management needs to get their heads out of the sand
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ for Anu! Anu is incredible and truly deserves a raise. She was working alone during the busy lunch rush, calmly juggling non-stop online orders and a lineup out the door. She stayed professional and composed in a really difficult situation. That said, to whoever manages this location: please do better for your staff and customers. Overall they have good chicken and healthy bowls. However I must point out their rice noodles are worse than horrendous, it was almost uncooked, hard and unable to be eaten. I’ve ordered their soup twice and a bowl once with noodles in it, and they were “coincidentally” uncooked (not undercooked, literally uncooked/raw) throughout three different orders.
Very bad experience with this Freshii, no need to come to this location.
