I'm not sure if this location is doing it, but this company has been hiring "virtual cashiers", real people who are living outside of canada, using zoom to take peoples orders. The migrant crisis is erasing Canadians and now you don't even have to live in Canada to steal our jobs?
I’ve showed up on three separate occasions during business hours and they have been completely closed. In the middle of the day, not right before the store closes.
Absolutely abysmal location, was in with over 30 minutes before closed and they could make next to nothing because they had started closing down already. Staff was not apologetic or polite about it either. Judging by the rest of the reviews, this is not a one-off situation. Save your money and time and go to a different location or business. Clearly no one at this location cares about customers, they either don't read these or ignore them and this has been a long time issues. ZERO STARS
Terrible service-took forever for two bowls, servicer was unfriendly and looked under the weather. Veggies were NOT fresh at all and the bowl was 80% rice! Will not be returning to this location ever!
I asked for no beets with steak. The girl working there put beets and after driving away I noticed there was no steak, went back and ask for a bit of sauce on the top she was rude and said we charge for it but I don’t care.very rude and service was bad I don’t recommend this location.
