Went today and asked at the very rude cashier the first line the cost of a pain cream. I can't speak and pointed and was in sign the cost. She thought I was also deaf well I am not. The staff need to understand sign language at least basic. Looked like she was ticked off that she could not understand. She was the larger person. I will nolonger go back to the store. Rude customer service by one person in particular on repeated occasions. Many issues in the last year or so. I and my entire family have been getting prescriptions from here for about 20 years and I have now transferred all my prescriptions out. My adult family members will also be transferring prescriptions out and will not return due to interactions with this one person.
Just moved my prescriptions here but now regretting it. Wasn't allowed to refill what I needed and then made to wait 3 days for what I could with no explanation as to why. Don't shop here....keep moving...there are much better pharmacies out there.
