I spoke with Ray Howell, one of the owners, about my concerns regarding possible mold in my home. I had been feeling sick often and kept waking up with a sore throat. After discovering some black mold, I called them to inspect my duct lines. They went above and beyond by doing a full home inspection and confirmed the presence of mold and other growth. I’m really impressed with their thoroughness and professionalism—will definitely use them again and highly recommend their services! Thanks for looking after my family!
We asked them to work on water damage, they did. We still can't get a quote in writing or a work scope 7 days later. If it weren't for an emergency and good faith verbal agreements, we would have chosen a different company.
