What would I have done without professional carpet cleaners? I was supposed to have a party and I got my house prepared and cleaned, all of a sudden my dog decided to has an accident. I made an appointment with New York Carpet Cleaning. I called them this morning and they scheduled me this afternoon for same day appointment! When the technician arrived, he explained the process and the products he used. He did an outstanding job. The results were amazing. Now my carpets look great and look like new.

I am very picky about how my carpets should be cleaned. Maybe even annoying to some. I ask a lot of questions, especially when it comes to carpet cleaning. The staff was very patient and answered all my questions. They seem to be very knowledgeable and explained the carpet cleaning process in detail. I really appreciated that they took the time to educate me on the carpet cleaning methods.
