I love this service and wish I had started using it sooner, I love that I can make a request and it's usually between 5 and 10 minutes and I'm getting a call from the doctor. Thanks for letting me stay home and recover in my pj's instead of getting out and making others sick Freshbenies!!!
Worst experience EVER! They don't even deserve a rate in my book.
Our company has used Freshbenies for years to administer our telehealth. It saves our employees both time and money which is huge. My family has personally used it multiple times and each experience has been great! Fast call back time, interactive calls with the physician to diagnose and the prescriptions are quickly sent to the pharmacy.
They do not prescribe antibiotics.
Maybe it was just my employer not showing us how to use it properly or something, but I've had this for 3 years and haven't used it once. I found it hard to use and found that the benefits just weren't worth the cost for our family.
