Fabulous place! I got a simple dry cut from Dora and it turned out perfect! She's a master at her craft and so friendly too! Would highly recommend her and this salon!

Bad coordination. I went there in person a few weeks ago on a Saturday, specifically to ask if someone could make the color I want in my hair, because last time I blindly made an appointment online, the lady could not do the color. I went in person to show pictures and make sure they could do it. The lady there told me a day and a time for me to come, but it seems she did not put it in the system, and I realized last minute when I called to ask why I didn’t get any confirmation email. Booked an appointment days in advance only for it to be cancelled two hours before the appointment. Disappointed because I took time off at work for this and planned my entire week around the hair appointment! Understand that there’s a cancellation policy for the customers where the customer gets charged if they make last minute cancellations but what happens if the salon does the same? :( A great way of showing that our time is not as important!
