They always do a great job. Great price :) they take a bit longer than others but that is fine by me.
I made an appointment for 1:00PM today and arrived 5 minutes early. When I arrived, I let them know I had an appointment for 1PM and they said it would be a couple of minutes after confirming my name against their appointment pad. 20 minutes later, I was still waiting for the nail tech. When I again mentioned that I had an appointment, they told me it would be another 10 minutes and back peddled indicating that they didn't realize I had an appointment.
