I'm not sure how this company keeps removing 1-star reviews. It feels like my concerns—and the money I spent—were completely disregarded. Given that their prices are significantly higher than others in the area, I expected better service. Unfortunately, even with the extra cost and a 40-minute delay, I was left disappointed.
The owner is so full of himself. horrible client to work for
unsatisfied with how everything is still not covered despite the added 40 mins each.
I had a really disappointing experience with Fresh Tech Maids. The quality of cleaning was not up to the standards I expected given the glowing reviews. It makes me question how some of those 5-star ratings came about. Communication was lacking, and I didn’t feel like my concerns were taken seriously. I won’t be using their services again.
Compared to the other company I have worked with. The work was ok. They only sent 1 person for my 4 bedroom houses. So the maid didn’t finished the work the company promised but charged me extra hours, more than the other company I used.
