I love Fresh Tech Maids, and my new regular cleaner, Stephanie, is great! She is very thorough and friendly. She makes sure you get your money's worth. The company itself is very convenient and if by chance your favorite cleaner isn't available, they will make sure another excellent cleaner is at your doorstop.
I'm not sure how this company keeps removing 1-star reviews. It feels like my concerns—and the money I spent—were completely disregarded. Given that their prices are significantly higher than others in the area, I expected better service. Unfortunately, even with the extra cost and a 40-minute delay, I was left disappointed.
The owner is so full of himself. horrible client to work for
unsatisfied with how everything is still not covered despite the added 40 mins each.
