I put in for a quote with Fresh Strata among others to see benefits with them as we are self managed but we like to keep our options open each year for our building. Where do I start- terrible communication, do not reply to emails on the off chance you’re lucky and get a response instead of an automated response the reply will be after chasing them up with 4 or 5 follow up emails. Complete negligence in their duty of care, forget to send notices for AGM’s, tried to make us stay with them for an extended period of time even though we had given enough notice that we wanted to leave fresh strata and were within our notice period however it took them literally 3 months to schedule our AGM- a... read more
I will leave the reason for one star to anybody imagination.
Fresh Strata being the worst strata management team is an understatement. The only communication you receive from them are auto ‘out of office’ replies via email, and don’t bother trying to call them. Their staff are hardly in the office. Their strength is their lack of communication; their weakness is that they overpromise and hardly deliver. Do yourself a favour and look elsewhere for another strata management.
Not only a terrible business, but some of the rudest people you will ever come across..
