Out of the blue I received a text message from someone at this company. I had never heard of them, been to their site, nor had I ever listed my home for sale yet they had my cell number, name and address. Very unprofessional and uncomfortable to receive a message like that. Clearly they purchase third party data but at least get the info right that I'm not selling my house and don't just cold text people to find business. Super sketchy.
