I am writing this complaint to express my deep disappointment and concern regarding the treatment I received at Fresh Start Clinic when I came seeking help for opioid recovery and mental health support. What a joke, doctor lied to my face that he would give me 5 days takeaway, I went and gave the scriot to the chemist and then they gave me 3 days maximum takeaway.. now I have to buy some heroin cose he didnt give me what I said, and yes these doctors had a 4 weeks to get it ready cose I'm going to interstate.. disgusting how he lied to my face..

Dr George O’niel and his staff saved my life 25 years ago after a 3 year heroin addiction. Unfortunately I relapsed but this time not on heroin but on Meth. I’ve found that meth is harder to get off than Heroin as I’ve had several relapses but never relapsed on Heroin. They are doing more than should be expected of them to help me rid myself of the addiction and the depression that comes with it. I highly recommend FreshStart, they will change your life.
