Ive been a patient of Freshstart for 20 years next month. George Oneil and all the past and present staff are absolutely amazing. They have been there in my most Darkest moments in life . I have had 25 plus implants over the years and go there every 3 months for a top up. I recently spent 3 nights in the Detox inpatient facility and the staff were exceptional. I booked an appointment over the phone I had not been there in 7 years. The women didn't bother to take any details but my name and was in a hurry to get me of the phone. So I drove up from dawesville which is 40ks south of mandurah. To arrive and be told they had cancelled my appointment.
