Estuardo/Fresh Start was recommended by the leasing agent for the building I manage. His was one of three bids I received and I hired him based on the thorough walk through, comprehensive estimate, and that he was able to start work with a full crew a week from contract signing. I just had the good fortune of contracting with Fresh Start painting for work on my house. We had the exterior painted and a back shed. The owner Estuardo was very easy to work with , a good listener, and implemented all of my requests. The crew were on time ( to the minute) for a job that took 6 days, and were tireless workers. Estuardo/Fresh Start Painting has done a couple of painting jobs for my clients in San Francisco. One job was with a Notice Of Violation with DBI involving a lead paint issue, and the building is right next to a populated recreational park with children's activities; we had to go over many hurdles with DBI and park inspectors while we had tenants living onsite. Totally impressed by this crew. Not only are they fine craftsmen who expertly painted our exterior windows, eaves, doors and trim, they also showed up every day with kindness, cleanliness, and thoughtful attitudes. And this was the week of extremely high temperatures and they literally whistled while they worked!
