I had an excellent experience. I came in with significant muscle tension and discomfort, especially in my neck, shoulders, and upper body. I had an absolutely lovely experience at Fresh Start Massage and Bodywork. Daniel was incredibly intentional and knowledgeable throughout the session. I’ve had experiences where therapists rely too heavily on elbows and knuckles, but his approach felt thoughtful and personalized. I left feeling relaxed, calm, and rejuvenated. I also appreciated him taking the time to explain the difference between muscle tension and knots. I’ll be back in just a couple weeks!
