Spoke to someone on the phone to inquire about a cleaning/repair/service on a couple of machines. They were so rude I couldn't stand to speak to them for more than 1 minute and just forget it. Could not recommend this company, unless you like working with extremely rude and unprofessional people.
The repair person never showed, never called, didn't respond to calls. Very disappointing and unprofessional.
