Fresh Start Funding is a TOTAL SCAM. Do not use them under any circumstances. Suing me and my client although I signed absolutely NOTHING. This company is a SCAM. Join our class action. They will use litigation even if you have no agreement with them! BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE
Fresh Start Funding began okay but the doubled billed me probably 4 times this year without my permission. I had the payment being debited from my bank account but this morning I told them to remove me and I'll call in the payments myself. The previous 3 times, I called and they returned my money to my account within 2 days, this time it hasn't been returned after 4 days. I called them and they said that they can't send it back and that payment has been deferred. That's not what I was told when I called to correct the issue.... read more
