My journey with fresh started back in Dec 2022. As I can be divorce can make your like a rocky situation financially etc. The communication in the beginning was great very helpful very assertive in help. Well as one can have it around oct of 2023 things got rocky again. Yes I owe them money and yes by 2025 things got normal wanted to pay them off get on a plan etc. I called and called found a email left numerous messages. I do not recommend this company. They have a history of suing their own clients , which I find extremely unprofessional and concerning. Instead of resolving issues through good communication or customer service, they resort to legal action. Please be cautious before doing business with them.
Would not recommend using this program if you are a lawyer unless you want to be sued.
If you are a lawyer do NOT use this program. This business model is bait and switch. They make their money suing lawyers not collecting money from clients.
