Genuinely if I could give NEGATIVE stars I would. My doctor referred me to this place to get screened for ADHD, was not screened at all, at the end of the appointment I was told that I was going to be put on new meds. Cool! Except they never called them in! And now they're dodging my calls, I can't get anyone to answer the phone.
Would not take a dog to this place very unprofessional , not pleasant people very low grade
Concerns with MEDICAL DIRECTOR/MD on staff. *Falsified Personal Health Information Records: Falsified Appointment Times, Start and End Times on Session Notes, Modality of Tele-health calls, he puts they were All Video when Not Even One was; ALL Tele-health Calls were done ONLY per Audio, just Speaking, Filled out Whatever He Felt Like for Examination Notes of Gait, Muscle Tone, & Appearance when should be left Blank when he could NOT Visibly see me, and Negligently filled out Session Notes for Mood & Affect, not asking my Mo... read more
