Scam – I was so excited to go to Fresh Salon and Spa but I left feeling really ripped off. I called and made an appointment for a partial foil for 90 dollars and a bikini wax for 50 dollars. I confirmed the prices I had seen on the website when I made my appointment and they said it would be 90 and 50. When I checked out this is what they told me: 5 dollars extra because I had long hair 45 dollars because they dried my hair (I have NEVER been to a salon that doesn't dry your hair as part of the color or cut. I am so sorry that you felt misled. When scheduling new clients we usually explain: 1.That all services are priced a la carte, and a blow dry is a seperate service. 2.That all quoted prices are just estimates, and can vary based on hair length or density, as well as variations of the service that you discuss with the stylist. We usually do our best to make sure the client understands this. In this case, however, we obviously failed to do our part.
Fresh Salon, best salon in Sarasota – Bethany does a wonderful job at color,highlights,cuts,extensions, styles and more. Anything you want or need you are able to receive at Fresh! Staff is welcoming, professional and do a great job at making sure you have an enjoyable visit. Highly recommended!!!
Best Salon! Great Staff! – Having just moved from Michigan to Florida, I have been trying desperately to find a good salon. After terrible experiences at another salon, I turned to Fresh Salon & Spa after hearing great things about them. I wished I had tried them earlier! They pamper you and make you feel so relaxed. Brooke did an amazing job with my hair and Kathi is an exceptional manicurist! This is a top notch salon, and I'm so glad I found my new salon here in Sarasota. Great products and excellent service. A true gem!
The One – I have been looking for a stylist since mine moved back to New York. After several failed attempts and bad hair styles, I finally found a place that got it right.
I love Fresh Salon & Spa!!!!! – Fresh Salon & Spa has a great atmosphere and an amazing team that works there! Everyone is very friendly and helpful. I see Scott @ Fresh and am so happy with how my hair looks and feels! It is my favorite Salon is Sarasota hands down! I am going to see Michelle soon for the Keratin treatment and am looking forward to that as well! I suggest everyone go to FRESH!
The last spa you'll ever need. – For 10 years I've followed Scott all over town because I don't trust anyone else. He constantly keeps my look updated and exactly the amount of effort I want to expend every morning. Everyone is friendly, helpful and it is obvious that they all have a great time working there and together.
Best salon in Sarasota! – When I 'm in town I don't let anyone touch my hair except my friends at the Fresh Salon. The atmosphere here is like sitting on the beach with a cool breeze blowing by. They really make you feel special here and I'm fond of everyone that works there.
