Drove up from Denver to take a look at a truck. Called ahead and was somewhat disheartened to hear that the truck was out on a test drive with someone that was "pre-approved." We decided to go get lunch and told them to keep us posted. That's when things get... odd. They got a hold of us as we were about 15 minutes out of town to let us know that the truck was still available as the prior persons financing fell through (wasn't he pre-approved?) And that it is "deleted." Even with this being known, we took a quick look at the truck and discovered it had a selectable tune (The gentlemen we were working with had no idea what I was talking about. A young lady in the office did, so props to her for being informed.) a very damaged drivers side door, and a few other issues. For those of you who don't know, a "delete" on a diesel truck is when you remove the EGR Cooler, the Diesel Particulate Filter, and the Diesel Exhaust Fluid system. All things the EPA mandates be on current diesel vehicles that operate on public roads. After doing some research, I came to learn that knowingly selling this truck constitutes a federal crime that is punishable with fines up to $25,000 from the EPA. The somewhat larger issue with the "delete" is that the truck will not pass the state mandated emissions test. Before we learned of the legal ramifications regarding the delete, we had made an offer. They stuck to their guns of their original listed price, and if we wanted the door fixed, it would be full asking price +taxes and +fees. Their sales manager walked by us a few times and wouldn't even acknowledge us. We were continually reminded that the truck "books at 37" which is laughable given the condition it's currently in. Word to the wise: exercise extreme caution when dealing with this dealership. It's clear they're unwilling to negotiate, they're not very well informed when it comes to their merchandise, and if they're willing to commit federal crimes, then who knows what else they're up to?

Called to ask about a truck. Needed height measurement of bed to see if it would work for my fifth wheel. Guy was rude and took my number and said he would get it measured and call me right back. 2 hours later I called back. Sounded like same guy as first time. He had no idea what I was talking about. Very short with me. I was ready to buy the truck with over 50% down. Very sad. I will never buy from them. Apparently to busy to sell a vehicle. stay away from here!!

Ok I am financing a 2002 GMC 2500HD w high miles ONLY2WHEELDRIVE .got it in nov21 st 2015 its now 1-27-2016 my transmission is shot they have choosen to blow me off n not do whats right .first off my treade in was 2005 totally paid off bought it less tgen a yr ago .they gave me nothing for tge deal. I took the deal but they knew they were selling a lemon. Hope Charlie n Lee choose to do what is right.
