Dr. Wu and the staff at Fresh Pond Eye Care are exceedingly skilled at what they do. And they are also incredibly kind and patient! Everyone always takes the time to explain things so you can understand - whether it’s Dr. Wu explaining a medical issue or the staff explaining insurance or helping with ordering or fitting glasses. This place is the best and I feel so lucky to have them so close by!

Dr. Richard Wu and his staff are the most caring individuals who are very attentive to all your eye care. The wait time is never more than 5 minutes and you will be in and out in no time. Quick and efficient service. Will definitely recommend Dr. Wu.
The staff and doctor are fantastic - very friendly, they move smoothly from the questionnaire to the tests to the frame/lens selection. I appreciate that they respect your price range without trying to upsell you needlessly. I had a great experience from beginning to end!
