i had worked here for only about 2 months. the people i cared for were great and i enjoyed their company! i did have problems with how almost all the training was just videos on the computer and only half an hour of physical training (we had to go in for 6 hours a day, 4 days the first week). i feel like it didn't really help prepare me for good caregiving and i had to do a lot of preparation and learning on my own and through personal resources. i was also told i would get more hours after the first 2 weeks and i never did ... read more
