I’ve been a loyal customer for over a year, but my recent experiences have shown that loyalty doesn’t seem to matter here. My sister and I had a 5 PM appointment, yet we weren’t seated for 30 minutes. While my nails looked great, my sister didn’t have time to finish her birthday designs because the salon kept taking walk-ins and rushing us out.
