Very clean salon. Appointments are always on time. They do a great job with manicure/dip and pedicures. Tammy and Andy run a really nice business - highly recommend Fresh Nail Bar!
I could have put the nail polish on better if I am being honest. It was done really quickly, which I guess is efficient, but when edges of my nails aren't covered, I'd rather someone take their time. I also feel that my nails were cut too short. I have never cut them that short before, there was no white nail left. I guess I should have said something beforehand, but whatever. I came here on a whim after the place I was going to was too busy. The moment I stepped in I was greeted warmly by the woman at the front desk. She helped me pick a color and suggested a pedicure based on what I was looking for (callous removal) The tech who did my pedicure really took her time and did a great job! The place was very clean and smelled amazing! I’ll be back for sure :)
A 1, for you Fresh Nails. I just tried to phone and make an appointment - what would have been my first after I got great reviews from a friend for the salon. The man who answered the phone made no attempt to help me find another slot for a booking. Simply said that you have a wedding next week Saturday and that I must phone back - cut me off in the middle of my sentence as I wanted to ask for other availability earlier on the week and then put the phone down in my ear. Highly recommend! I’ve tried a few nail salons around Hyannis and this has competitive pricing, highly detailed but fast service. I love the seperate pedi area and tons of chairs. I also loveeeee the TVs with scenery and not news / a show. Much more relaxing.
