I have been coming here for over 10yrs and sadly the quality and service has declined. I had my wife pick up a carne asada torta for me and what I got was not even what is on the their menu. When I went to get a refund he tried arguing with me on how a torta is supposed to be made. He claimed that they have always made them with fajitas. I told him look at your menu thats right behind you because it doesn't say that. Forced to give in, he still couldn't give me a refund because he needed someone else to approve it.
