Naeem did an outstanding job. He was punctual, thorough, professional, and paid great attention to detail. My carpets and sofa look fantastic after the cleaning. I cannot say enough good things about Naeem and Fresh Maple Carpet Cleaning. We had a fairly serious pet stain situation on a light-coloured fabric sofa (the kind that makes your heart sink), and Naeem completely rescued it. The stain is gone — truly gone — and the sofa looks fresh and beautifully clean. Naeem was professional, punctual, and clearly very knowledgeable about upholstery and stain treatment.
