I'm not sure where the above average reviews came from for this business...but my suggestion is...BEWARE...DON'T USE THIS BUSINESS! From my experience...TOTALLY UNRELIABLE! I called...spoke to Joe and setup an appointment for Mold Remediation in my Attic...2 weeks in advance of the Appointment! I called back no less then 4 or 5 times...no one ever answered the phone...I left numerous Voicemails asking for a call back in order to confirm the Appointment...never got a response...no call back!
