Good luck getting this company to call back let alone repair the leaking roof. I've called and texted multiple times with ZERO results. Either they shut down their business or he is in jail.
This guy takes a lot of Honeymoons. He was on one when he failed to respond in Oct. 2015 during our roof job. We needed some minor sofit work in concert with the roof. It looked like I had done it. I had to inspect and call out their mistakes. I sold Auto Parts for a living and knew more about their work than the crew did.
Fresh Look Homes Construction updated my 3 season porch and is putting a Roof on my house this season. Only company to come out out within 24 hours of contacting them. Charles the Owner personally came out for the quote.
Met Charles the owner at the Home Remodeling show. We chose to have a tear off and the clean up was very good. Crew was very friendly and I would use them again in a heartbeat.
Charles did a terrible job on my project. The crew didn't know what they were doing and it shows. There are holes in the roof, missing siding pieces and the deck his team built isn't secured well at all. He also lacks communication skills and will lie repeatedly. He even ignored the Better Business Bureau when we filed an official complaint! I hope others won't have to go through the pain we did with Fresh Look Homes. Do not hire him.
