The best healthy fast food place I’ve ever been to! I’m so impressed! I got a bowl with kale caesar, ginger coconut rice, broccoli, sweet potato, bbq chicken, rosemary chicken, & a side of the coconut ginger sauce. The sauce isn’t even needed though because everything else is so flavorful. 10/10 recommend!
I eat at Fresh Kitchen pretty regularly, and I’m actually one of those people who orders the same bowl every single time. At this point it’s more about consistency than variety for me, and they’ve really nailed that. My go to dish tastes the same every visit, which I really appreciate. The ingredients are always fresh, portions are solid, and it’s one of the few meals I can rely on to feel good after eating, not heavy. Fresh Kitchen near USF is the spot. I got a bowl with the steak and chicken over sweet potato noodles, plus kale, green beans, and broccoli, and that ginger sauce is what really makes it. It’s hard to find a place in Tampa where you can eat a massive meal like that and actually feel good afterward. It's fresh, has a solid kick to it, and is easily the best move on Fowler if you want a real meal.
