I found this gem of a restaurant on the map traveling from Raleigh to Charlotte. My son needed a good meal before a soccer match. He said the club sandwich has to be the best thing on the planet. We loaded up on bakery items too. I would highly, highly recommend The Fresh House!!! I know where we will be stopping every time we have to travel through to Charlotte. LOVE IT!!!!!!
We had supper tonight because our favorite Resturant for seafood was closed. My husbands baked potato was very small. He order white slaw and didn't get it until we were finished eating. I ordered shrimp and ribeye. My steak was ordered to be med/rare. I'm sure they could not do that to a piece of meat so thin it only had one side. I asked for A1 and didn't get it. We showed up at 8:20. Sign on the door says they close at 9:00. They turned us away. What awful customer service. I won't be back and will make sure my friends don't waste their time either.
My family gets together here almost weekly....although I don't get to come every time....I really enjoy it when I do.....not much to offer in the gluten free variety....but the old timey store section is really cool!!!
My first visit and I thought it was awesome. Very cool place and my lunch was fantastic. Chicken salad on a croissant with homemade chips & ranch. Excellent service.
