This was a first time deep cleaning. The team was efficient and thorough. This company came highly recommended and I can see why! The cleaning was a gift to my elderly in-laws. My mother-in-law puts little tchotchkes everywhere and they’re all priceless to her and breakable. The crew cleaned everything and not one piece was harmed. My niece visited later that day and noticed immediately how fresh smelling and clean the house was.

Maids did a decent job but I had booked / paid for a deep clean and many spots were missed (ie, spots on rugs not vacuumed, counters not wiped down, vents left dusty, window spots, grout and tiles in shower not scrubbed down, just wiped briefly at surface level). I had so ask them to redo those areas that were missed that I noticed when they were still here and while they were amenable to do so, it was difficult to communicate with the language barriers. Fresh home cleaning services is just that! We used them for a move in clean and the whole house smells fresh and clean. They were on time, professional and easy to work with during the whole process. Highly recommend!
