Unfortunately, the florist did not create the funeral arrangement we specifically requested and paid for, and there was no communication to offer an alternative. When we reached out for an explanation and a refund, we were met with inconsistent stories and excuses. This was a deeply disappointing experience during an already difficult time. We would not recommend this florist.
