Fresh Flower Fantasy cares about their customers! The below purchaser was not only given a refund but called, we never heard anything back. The person picking up the flowers signed for the flowers and thought they were beautiful. We did explain the substitution and offered to change to anything we had in stock. I am sorry she did not call us...we would still love the opportunity to visit with her.

Recommend internet shopping instead The corsages and boutonnieres for a wedding - ugliest I have ever seen and they substituted silk for a rather expensive flower w/o approval. I had pre-paid and they did not offer an adjustment to the bill and were unconcerned about whether or not I was pleased with the changes to what I had ordered and paid for. Kind Service, Great Product Fresh Flower Fantasy has always been very helpful and informative when I have purchased flowers. I recently recieved flowers from my daughter and took them into the flower shop to get information on how to take care of them. One of the designers took time to explain each of the flowers in my bouquet, freshen the water and let me know how long to expect each type of flower to live. Thank you for the personal service! The ladies are very nice and extremely helpful. Any time I call in an order for out side of the country or stop in the store for some flowers. I feel as if they care about me the customer. I highly recommend these ladies. If you haven't ever tried them, give them a try.

BEST SERVICE Needed flowers for our son in law in another town. The staff was most helpfull in helping us pick something appropriate for a man and also for understanding we were doing this last minute. I meant to call earlier and forgot and they said no problem. I was shocked when just one hour later our son in law called to thank us for the beautiful plant recieved in Gillette. We will definately be back.

Excellent Service This shop went above and beyond when I asked for unusual flowers for a very special occasion. I ordered late and they went the extra mile by driving to Denver to pick up what I needed to make sure the flowers were on time the next day. Thank You!!!!

Great Service Beautiful Flowers Fresh Flower Fantasy always does a great job. My flowers are on time, the staff is helpful, and they always have the best new designs that you see on the coast. I would definately recommend them.

Great florist via ftd Since I live away from my family, I find it nice to send flowers on special occasions. I have used Fresh Flower Fantasy twice through the ftd website. Both times, the flowers were delivered as requested and were on time. I'm not sure if they were exactly how the picture looks on the computer, but one time I know they weren't. My mom described getting a basket with flowers in it when I did not order a basket. This really isn't a big deal, it was the thought that counted, but it is important to note.
