We hire this company to fix our pool, they did half of the job, we try to contact them to finish the job but we never got a response, we try texting, phone call, voicemail and nothing. Unfortunately the customer service is horrible. If you are looking for a quick fix this may work but if you are looking for a reliable company to do a full service you should look for a different company.
Ray with Fresh Finish Pools is VERY knowledgeable when it comes to pools and pool equipment. Highly recommend for all of your pool needs.
Just had the pleasure of working with Fresh Finish Pools for warranty work on my salt cell and they were great. Once they were contacted by Pentair they were fast, efficient and very knowledgeable about the product. We had clear communication throughout the process and their technician (Brandon) was able to fix the issue immediately. Hopefully, I won’t need any more warranty work but, if so they will be the company I call. Thank you

Pentair salt generator malfunctioning with sensor issues 3 months after purchase. Intellichlor plus 2025 models have issues with the sensory components, per pentair. Since under warranty Pentair sent out Fresh Finish to switch out the cell. (Well I found the service tech Brandon, who used to work on my pool years ago with another company, and never knew where he went) I am thrilled I found him here through this Pentair warranty situation.
