Sadly, we visited today around 5:30, and were not impressed at all. My husband tried to pour a cup of vanilla froyo, and it ran out in a(room temperature) liquid state. When he told the (very nice) girl working the counter, she apologized and said someone had turned off the machine and she would have to turn it back on and let it get cold again??!!! I'm no health inspector, but I can't imagine that is protocol. Also, all of the cookie toppings we added to our son's cup were stale as could be...tasted like they'd been sitting... read more
Unsanitary. Their cleanliness is awful. I will never eat there again.
