Great experience! Did a full change out to LED in our store and shop, quickly and cleanly. When we had an issue a full year later, they were quick to get it taken care of. Super nice people to deal with, highly recommend!
Not a great experience, unfortunately. Terry filled out my application wrong, ignored my calls, and caused us to miss the program for the office, which cost us thousands of dollars in bills (in which he was VERY aggressive in collecting), and shirking responsibility the whole way. The first appt was great, he seemed like a guardian angel. But quickly we realized it was not him giving us any deals, but ComEd.
